Pregnancy yoga classes are adapted from traditional yoga poses to make yoga 100% safe throughout pregnancy. Classes are designed to be relaxing and help prepare mum-to-be for labour and childbirth physically, mentally and emotionally. Our classes have a strong emphasis on breathing techniques to help manage labour and connect with your baby.
Experience a sound bath of crystal singing bowls and healing
drums. Relax to harmonic sounds and healing vibrations, calming the
mind and soothing the soul.
Led by musician and senior teacher Stuart Harrison, the event
combines meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) to prepare
the body for the immersive sound experience, helping the mind to
slip into a deep state of relaxation.
No previous yoga or meditation experience required.
