What's different? A multi-dimensional exploration designed to learn and launch a personalized longevity plan of calorie restriction to turn on healing mechanisms (fasting) followed by calorie expenditure and growth (feasting).
How it works: 3 days eating less (fasting), 2 days fueling for growth (feasting), 6-7:30 am daily yoga with breathwork progressing into more strength focused practice on Day 4 and Day 5. Listen and learn from Longevity by Design and The Fasting Method Podcast series and other experts through the week for brief morning discussions.

Sink into stillness during this gentle, introspective practice. This special class blends long, restorative yin poses with calming breathwork to release tension and honor the seasonal shift from Winter into Spring. The practice concludes with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra guided meditation, inviting you to reset, restore and to prepare us for the Spring Equinox.
You will be led through restorative postures that allow our bodies the space to release, to relax, and to renew. Restorative Yoga gives you the space to learn how to cultivate a presence you may not always be able to obtain during a practice, and truly reach a meditative state. Jen will lead this class & Megan will individually connect to each person with Reiki.

Planting Seeds is a spring-themed workshop designed to help you
reconnect with what’s ready to grow. We’ll move through gentle
asana to awaken the body, followed by a restorative body scan
meditation to settle the nervous system. Through guided journaling,
you’ll reflect on the dreams, goals, and intentions you’d like to
plant this season, infusing them with the fresh, expansive energy
of spring. We’ll close in community, sharing presence and
connection as we step into the season together. Join to feel
