We are turning down the lights and turning up the nostalgia. 🥳
Join us for a glow-in-the-dark yoga experience designed just for adults, playful, sweaty, and unapologetically fun.
We’ll flow under black lights with glow sticks, neon accents, and a late-90s/early-2000s playlist that hits right in the feels (think: Britney, Destiny’s Child, TLC, Usher, and all the throwback bangers).
This is not a quiet, serious class, it’s a high-energy, feel-good flow guided by Shayna and Candace, offering creative sequencing, options, and a whole lot of personality. Expect movement, laughter, sweat, and moments where you forget you’re “working out” at all.

Spring Equinox Gathering: From Intention to Integration
Spring invites intention.
The light returns. The ground softens. Something in us wants to begin again.
But setting an intention is only the first step. Most people know how to choose a word or set a goal and then get stuck trying to force it into reality through discipline and pressure.
The nervous system does not change through intensity. It changes through safety and repetition.
This 2-hour guided gathering, led by Megan, Holistic Nurse Coach, is designed to help you choose one clear intention for the Spring season and translate it into something your body can actually sustain.
Rather than focusing on productivity or overhaul, this experience will guide you to:
-
Choose one quality you want to embody this spring
-
Assess whether your nervous system has the capacity to hold it
-
Learn somatic practices to regulate and support integration
-
Break your intention into one small, repeatable daily action
-
Create a compassionate, low-energy version for harder days
-
Design a personal Integration Card to take home as a tangible reminder
You will leave with clarity, a simple action structure, nervous system tools, and a compassionate plan that supports consistency without overwhelm.
Spring offers a natural reset. This gathering helps you participate consciously in who you are becoming.
This 6-Week Wild Yogis Series invites little movers to explore yoga through a Nature in Bloom theme!
Each week, children will experience yoga movement and mindfulness through playful, spring-inspired activities. Classes include gentle yoga flows, imaginative storytelling, nature-based games, and simple seasonal crafts thoughtfully designed for children ages 4–8.
Yoga at an early age supports self-esteem, body awareness, and emotional regulation through non-competitive movement. Physically, it helps build flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination, while also supporting focus and a sense of calm.
In this joyful and engaging class, children learn basic yoga elements through breathing, play, storytelling, creative visualization, and mindful movement, all while connecting to the energy of growth, renewal, and curiosity that spring brings.
