A program devoted to young girls so they can navigate their way in this world in which social media, comparison and body image is at the forefront of our culture.
Designed specifically for girls ages 8-12 when, research shows, self-esteem starts to decline.
We use movement & yoga to help girls connect with their bodies.
We use mindfulness, self compassion, conversation and meditation practices to help girls survive and thrive by learning to listen to themselves.
The goals of the GIRLS CLUB Classes:

To use movement as a way to help girls feel into their bodies, release from their nervous systems, and connect to their own inner strength and power.

To increase emotional intelligence, happiness, resiliency, and confidence.

To create a safe community space where girls can be themselves and learn to support each other creating a sisterhood.

Join us for a morning where we transform the studio into a cozy movie theatre! Kids can expect to begin their day with a creative and fun yoga practice and games, and then, we'll wind down with a showing of Inside Out 2 on the projector wth popcorn and all of your classic movie treats!
