We’ll be exploring all things yoga through movement, games, and crafting!
No yoga experience is necessary.
Cost:
• $40 per morning
• $75 for both mornings
Mats and craft supplies are provided, along with a delicious smoothie and muffin snack from The Refresher Bar!

Our Full Moon YogaHike is a beautiful outdoor experience that combines a nature walk at dusk with a yoga practice under the glow of the full moon. It blends the grounding benefits of hiking with the mindful, restorative qualities of yoga.
No yoga experience is required.
This experience is weather permitting. Plan B will be a Meditative YogaHike, with intentional pauses along the trail for gentle stretching and reflection.
