Puppy Yoga for Parent + Child

Move, play, and connect… with puppies by your side.

This 45-minute class is designed for one adult + one child (ages 6+), offering a light, playful, and gentle yoga experience that invites connection, laughter, and a whole lot of puppy love. Expect simple movement, moments of stillness, and plenty of opportunities for interaction with the pups.

This experience is open to any adult + child duo—parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or family friend. Each registration covers one adult and one child, with one child per adult. Only the adult needs to register.

We are proud to partner with SCAAR London, a local rescue supporting fostered puppies. 50% of all ticket sales will be donated directly to the rescue. While we will not be accepting monetary donations in-studio, you are welcome to donate directly via e-transfer to Secondchancelondon@gmail.com or learn more at https://scaarontario.weebly.com/. If you’d like to bring a physical donation, puppy pee pads and puppy food are very much appreciated.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled and meet the puppies before class begins. Yoga will be guided by Shayna, while Kristen will be present to support the space and care for the puppies throughout the class.

Wild Yogis Spring Series (4-8yrs)

This 6-Week Wild Yogis Series invites little movers to explore yoga through a Nature in Bloom theme!

Each week, children will experience yoga movement and mindfulness through playful, spring-inspired activities. Classes include gentle yoga flows, imaginative storytelling, nature-based games, and simple seasonal crafts thoughtfully designed for children ages 4–8.

Yoga at an early age supports self-esteem, body awareness, and emotional regulation through non-competitive movement. Physically, it helps build flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination, while also supporting focus and a sense of calm.

In this joyful and engaging class, children learn basic yoga elements through breathing, play, storytelling, creative visualization, and mindful movement, all while connecting to the energy of growth, renewal, and curiosity that spring brings.

Girls Club (6-Weeks)

A program designed to support young girls as they navigate a world where social media, comparison, and body image are ever-present. Research shows that self-esteem often begins to decline around age 8, making this a pivotal time to build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.

Through movement and yoga, girls learn to connect with their bodies, release tension from the nervous system, and tap into their inner strength. Mindfulness, self-compassion, guided conversation, and meditation practices help them survive, and thrive, by learning to listen to themselves.

Goals of GIRLS CLUB:

  • Use movement to foster body awareness, inner strength, and nervous system regulation

  • Build emotional intelligence, happiness, resilience, and confidence

  • Create a safe, supportive community where girls can be themselves and lift each other up

  • Encourage a healthy body image through movement and self-care practices

  • Provide guidance around social media use and introduce healthy online habits

  • Empower girls to have a voice and learn to trust it

  • Ages: 8-13
