Join us for a glow-in-the-dark yoga experience designed just for
adults, playful, sweaty, and unapologetically fun.
We’ll flow under black lights with glow sticks, neon accents, and a late-90s/early-2000s playlist that hits right in the feels (think: Britney, Destiny’s Child, TLC, Usher, and all the throwback bangers).
This is not a quiet, serious class, it’s a high-energy, feel-good flow guided by two instructors, offering creative sequencing, options, and a whole lot of personality. Expect movement, laughter, sweat, and moments where you forget you’re “working out” at all.
