
This 6-Week Wild Yogis Series we will be exploring Yoga through all things Fall Adventure!
Each week we will explore yoga movement and mindfulness through fun fall activities, appropriate for kids ages 4-7yrs.
Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that's non-competitive. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, and coordination. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness improves. In this fun class, kids learn basic yoga elements through focused breathing, play, storytelling, balance and creative visualization.

A program devoted to young girls so they can navigate their way in this world in which social media, comparison and body image is at the forefront of our culture.
Designed specifically for girls ages 8-13 when, research shows, self-esteem starts to decline.
We use movement & yoga to help girls connect with their bodies.
We use mindfulness, self compassion, conversation and meditation practices to help girls survive and thrive by learning to listen to themselves.
The goals of the GIRLS CLUB Classes:

To use movement as a way to help girls feel into their bodies, release from their nervous systems, and connect to their own inner strength and power.

To increase emotional intelligence, happiness, resiliency, and confidence.

To create a safe community space where girls can be themselves and learn to support each other creating a sisterhood.

To help girls develop a healthy body image through movement and self care practices.

To provide guidance to girls surrounding social media use and introducing healthy social media practices

To give girls an opportunity to have a voice and trust it.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, emotionally, mentally, or energetically, this group session is for you. Margarita Weaver, Certified Holistic Nurse & Coach will support you though guided Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping and a grounding meditation. You’ll gently move through emotional blocks, release stagnant energy, and reconnect with inner clarity and momentum.

This intimate group experience combines individual Reiki energy healing with a guided meditation to harmonize your chakras. You will receive personalized energy work while being held in a supportive group setting. This creates a perfect space to realign, reset, and restore your energetic balance.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a safe and gentle practice that helps release suppressed emotions, physical tension and trauma stored in the body leaving us feeling lighter and at peace. It helps develop and deepen self awareness and gain greater insight. It alters our state of consciousness, rewires unhealthy patterns and shifts our belief systems.
Kim McConaghy
has been supporting others in their growth and transformation for
more than a decade. She graduated in Italy as a Certified
Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator with 800+ hours of immersive
training in the modality and helps people heal through Conscious
Connected Breathwork.
