A feel-good, heart-melting yoga experience… with puppies.
Join us for a 45-minute slow flow class designed to help you unwind, move gently, and soak in all the joy these little pups bring. This is a softer, slower-paced practice, where you’ll stretch, breathe, and maybe pause for a cuddle or two along the way.
This special event is in partnership with SCAAR London, a local rescue supporting fostered puppies in need of loving homes. 50% of all ticket sales will be donated directly to the rescue. While we will not be accepting monetary donations in-studio, you are welcome to donate directly via e-transfer to Secondchancelondon@gmail.com or learn more at https://scaarontario.weebly.com/. If you’d like to bring a physical donation, puppy pee pads and puppy food are very much appreciated.
You’re invited to arrive a few minutes early to get settled and meet the puppies before class begins. Yoga will be guided by Shayna, while Kristen will be present to support the space and care for the puppies throughout the class.

A 4-Hour Continuing Education Workshop for Yoga Teachers
This continuing education workshop is designed for yoga teachers who want to deepen their understanding of the nervous system and its role in shaping the student experience.
Participants will explore how regulation and dysregulation show up in a yoga class, and how common teaching approaches may unintentionally reinforce stress, disconnection, or performance-based patterns.
Through a combination of education, experiential practice, and applied teaching tools, this workshop will support teachers in creating classes that prioritize safety, autonomy, and connection, while enhancing student retention and overall impact.
