This 6-Week Wild Yogis Series we will be exploring Yoga through all things Spring Adventure!

Each week we will explore yoga movement and mindfulness through fun fall activities, appropriate for kids ages 4-7yrs.

Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that's non-competitive. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, and coordination. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness improves. In this fun class, kids learn basic yoga elements through focused breathing, play, storytelling, balance and creative visualization.

Girls Club (6-Weeks)

A program devoted to young girls so they can navigate their way in this world in which social media, comparison and body image is at the forefront of our culture.

Designed specifically for girls ages 8-12 when, research shows, self-esteem starts to decline.

We use movement & yoga to help girls connect with their bodies.

We use mindfulness, self compassion, conversation and meditation practices to help girls survive and thrive by learning to listen to themselves.

The goals of the GIRLS CLUB Classes:

  • To use movement as a way to help girls feel into their bodies, release from their nervous systems, and connect to their own inner strength and power.

  • To increase emotional intelligence, happiness, resiliency, and confidence.

  • To create a safe community space where girls can be themselves and learn to support each other creating a sisterhood.

  • To help girls develop a healthy body image through movement and self care practices.

  • To provide guidance to girls surrounding social media use and introducing healthy social media practices

  • To give girls an opportunity to have a voice and trust it.

Join us for an afternoon of embodied movement and conscious connected breathwork designed to ground, release, and awaken your inner landscape. Somatic Awakening is a journey inward — a chance to return to the body, soothe the nervous system, and gently open space for emotional release and clarity.

We’ll begin with a slow, somatic-based yoga flow to regulate the nervous system and deepen your awareness of sensation. From that grounded state, you’ll be guided through a conscious connected breathwork session — a powerful circular breathing technique that activates healing and invites emotional and energetic shifts.

This is more than a class — it’s an invitation to come home to yourself.
