The Ultimate Ladies night right here in the heart of downtown Strathroy!

We will meet at the studio and head out together on beginner friendly guided hike in the conservation area, followed by a gentle flow class back in studio.

We will finish the night out by heading accorss the street to the Cookie Bar for cookie-charcuterie (included) and drinks.
