If you’re feeling heavier than usual, waking up foggy,
struggling with sluggish digestion,
or noticing a dip in motivation, Ayurveda (a sister-science to
yoga) offers help.
Seasonal transitions can quietly disrupt energy, mood, and
digestive balance, and
spring can feel damp, dull, and slow, both in the body and in the
mind.
In Ayurveda, this season is associated with Kapha dosha, which can
increase
accumulation and stagnation, affecting digestion, mood, clarity,
and motivation.
This 4-week online immersion offers a grounded, practical return to
balance.
The Ayurvedic Spring Reset is a seasonal
Ayurveda series designed to help you
understand what is happening in your body during spring, and how to
respond with
simple, sustainable shifts.
Over four weeks,
we will explore how to:
-Balance digestive fire gently
-Reduce physical and emotional heaviness
-Support lymphatic flow and natural detoxification
-Establish a daily rhythm that aligns with the season
-Cultivate steady, sustainable energy
Each 75-minute session includes clear Ayurvedic teaching, practical
lifestyle guidance, and guided pranayama (breath practices). Gentle
movement may be suggested at times, but the primary focus is
seasonal education and embodied understanding.
You will leave each week with realistic tools you can apply immediately in daily life.
Open to all. No prior experience with Ayurveda or Yoga required.
