Mindful Yogic Parenting is an integrative approach designed by Lori Wilen that combines yoga asana and philosophy, journaling and artistic expression, conversation, and application from the mat to parenting.
In each workshop,
participants can expect to:
- connect to other yogi parents
- engage in a mindful, alignment-based asana practice that safely challenges their body and mind
- learn more about yoga practices and philosophy
- explore connections between our bodies, minds, breath, heart, and parenting practices
No prior yoga experience necessary, just a journal and an open heart.
