Ready to take the stage?
This 12-week Competition Prep Course is designed for pole dancers who are ready to step into their performance era and confidently prepare for competition or a Wrexx Showcase. Whether it’s your first time competing/performing or you’re looking to refine your presence on stage, this course will guide you every step of the way. This course is designed for any level beginner to advanced.
Led by Ella Devon, this course guides you from concept creation to a final, stage-ready performance. Through a structured, group-based format, you’ll gain the tools, knowledge, and guidance needed to build a routine that feels authentic, powerful, and uniquely you.
This journey is broken into three transformative phases each designed to take you deeper into your performance:
Phase 1:
Creation | May 10 - May 31
Prep your performance
vision board: Define your concept, music, level category and
movement style. Plan your tricks, combos, and routine blueprint.
This is where your story begins!
May 10, May 31: Virtual 5:00PM
May 17, May 24: In-Person 5:00PM - 6:30PM
Please note: This course is designed as a group coaching experience, not a one-on-one coaching program. While guidance and feedback will be provided, instruction will be delivered to the group as a whole rather than individualized choreography or private-style coaching. We encourage you to book private lessons with your preferred instructor for help building the routine based on guidance from this course.
Duration: 90 minutes
Level: Intermediate/Advanced
Prerequisites: one arm spins, fan kicks, pull up on the pole
Experience the revolutionary New Way Exotic, a modern take on exotic pole dancing that fuses FrameUp Strip with pole dance. This class is designed to help you discover and develop your unique style through experimental & exotic, original choreography.
What to wear: Heels recommended, knee pads
required.
Duration: 90 minutes
Level: Intermediate/Advanced
Prerequisites: pirouettes, one arm spins, fan kicks, pull up on the pole
Dive into the fluid, smooth, and graceful world of Exotic Flow. Learn a unique choreography with unexpected transitions and musicality, gaining tips and life hacks for the ultimate performance.
What to wear: Heels recommended, knee pads
required.
Duration: 90 minutes
Level: Intermediate/Advanced
Prerequisites: pole asissted handstand, invert from the floor, outside and inside leg hang, butterfly
Master signature tricks and seamlessly integrate them into your choreographies. This class focuses on transitions, jumps, and combos that you can incorporate into your performances and freestyle routines.
What to wear: Heels recommended, knee pads

Refinement | June 7 - June 28
Develop your
choreography, refine transitions, and start bringing your routine
to life with intention and flow. This phase is all about practice
and the goal is to have a complete, well rounded routine
drafted!

June 14, June 28: Virtual 5:00PM
