YMI Method New Student Session

The YMI Method is a science-backed system to take charge of your body, mind, and emotions. Learn focus, grow your healthspan, eliminate stress and create possibility in your life. 75-minute lessons combine meditation, movement, and mindfulness training in a small group learning environment (max 10). This unique progressive approach will train you in:

  • Proper movement techniques with modifications for your body
  • Mobility and injury prevention
  • A simple meditation practice
  • How to approach life on and off the mat with flexilbity, balance, and strength

Session includes two small-group learning lessons per week. Up to two missed lessons can be credited toward a future session.

EQUIPMENT FOR NEW STUDENTS: We use high quality lined mats and blocks to help you learn proper alignment. The YMI Method program follows our manual that each student uses. These items are required for new students and must be purchased separately. They are yours to keep.
