Join Sandi for a fun and informative session on Fascia Focused Movements. Learn how to use props to support the release of tied up fascia, and pick up some everyday movements that will bring a sense of dynamic stability and ease back to your daily life.
The Fascia Roll-out will begin with a segment on fascia education: what it is, what it does, where it is, and the importance of loosening it.
The session will then transition the group into an hour of movement to apply this knowledge to physical movement and use of the props we have.
There will be some time at the end of the session for Q&A.
As day and night come into balance, join us for a restorative,
earthy evening to shed the heaviness of winter and align your
energy with the freshness of spring.
We’ll begin with a flower meditation to tap into the present
moment, followed by a handful of restorative yoga postures,
completely supported by yoga props. Finally, sink into immersive
soundscapes and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and
other grounding instruments.
During our flower mindfulness meditation, you will receive a fresh bloom as a symbol of new beginnings, growth, and intention. 🌷
