Join Bridget, a physical therapist, for a practical, movement-based workshop designed to help you apply anatomical knowledge in ways that directly enhance how you move and train. This session focuses on developing an intelligent core - one that supports efficient, coordinated movement and can improve trunk strength, hip stability, and pelvic health.
Through clear, accessible anatomy and guided movement exploration, you’ll learn how the diaphragm, pelvic floor, and upper and lower extremities work together as an integrated system. You'll practice feeling and applying these relationships in real time to gain practical tools for sensing, activating, and coordinating key muscles in a functional, sustainable way - skills you can immediately carry into your yoga practice or other strength and mobility work.
