We will begin by writing down intentions, followed by MJ gently guiding a manifesting ritual. Nicole will be available to offer intuitive support.
From there, we’ll move into gentle yoga and conscious breathing, softening the body and opening the energy.
This will lead into a guided, intentional meditative sound journey co-created by Nicole and MJ—inviting support, insight, and alignment for your manifestations.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down, ask questions, and reconnect with the why behind your practice.
Designed for all levels of experience of all practices from newer
students to seasoned practitioners, this foundations workshop
focuses on asana alignment, basic principles of yoga, and how to
practice with greater awareness and care. We’ll explore the Eight
Limbs of Yoga, how the practice has evolved, and how these
teachings show up both on and off the mat.
You’ll learn how to listen to your body, work with injuries and
modifications, and use props to support a sustainable, personalized
practice. Rather than watching what others are doing, we’ll
encourage you to turn on your ears, tune inward, and practice from
a place of curiosity instead of comparison.
This is a space to set ego aside, put your learning hat on, and ask
as many questions as you’d like. We’ll also touch on awareness in
meditation, helping you build focus, presence, and confidence in
your practice.
The room will be slightly warm (85–90°) to support comfort and
mobility without intensity.
