Spend 7 days recharging in the beautiful Unesco Heritage Town of Assisi , following in the footsteps of perhaps the greatest and most loved Saint.. Saint Francis, not forgetting St Clare who is also a big part of the Franciscan story.

Staying in the Spolleto valley in a Hotel with a lovely rose garden and swimming pool.

We will explore the magical city of Assisi. Following in the footsteps of St Francis, discovering the story of his life and the places he spent time in.

Each morning 6.30am Energising and meditation till 7.30am

5.45pm pick up from airport and watch brother son and sister moon 

Fri 24. Day in Assisi from San Rufino to the Basilica 

Sat 25. Morning in the Hermitage afternoon San Damiano 

Sun 26 Day at Ananda Sunday service , lunch and tour of Ananda

Mon 27 Santa Maria d’Angeli then free time in the afternoon 

Tue 28 Castle , then the Bosco and lunch in the Trattoria 

Wed 29 Mount Subassio , Coppelino and Spello

Thurs 30 shopping then airport for 3pm
