Join us on August 2-3, 2025, for a 2 day workshop on the “Science of Yoga”. This deep dive workshop will provide a scientific understanding of how yoga enhances both physical and mental well-being. Through evidence-based research, students will explore yoga’s impact on strength, flexibility, stress reduction, and emotional resilience.
We will also examine how yoga regulates the autonomic nervous system, strengthens vagus nerve function, and improves interoception—helping practitioners develop greater body awareness and emotional balance.
