11:00 – 11:20 – Guided Visualization into Bliss - (Mati) – This will be a time to gather together,
center and blissfully bless our new sacred space
 
11:30 -11:50 – Sun Salutations: Vinyasa A Breakdown - (Grace) -: The Sun Salutation is one of the
most popular sequences in yoga: let's break down each part! From chaturanga (the yoga push-
up) to ashtanga namaskar (knees on the ground), this class makes sure you are developing
healthy habits for your yoga practice, including some secrets for down dog!
 
12:00 – 12:20 – Health Coaching: Balancing Your Inner Bliss - (Sarah) - In this wellness workshop we
explore different strategies to find Balance and Bliss from a holistic approach.
 
12:30 – 12:50 – A Peek at Inner Power Flow - (Mandee) - Inner power is the quiet force within that
knows when to act - and when to move - and gives you the strength to do so. In this series of creative
sequences, we will create heat in the body through the integration of more challenging postures and
faster flows designed to cultivate strength flexibility and deeper self-awareness of mind body and
breath. It will leave you feeling centered strong and refreshed.
 
1:00 – 1:20 - Benefits of Massage followed by Chair Massage - (Anthony) - This will be a presentation
and overview of the treatments and benefits of multiple massage modalities, including swedish, shiatsu,
reflexology, hot stones and tantric.
 
1:30 – 1:50 - Breath Space: Take time to Breathe - (Diana) - Come Explore the Power of your Breath!
The breath impacts everything from posture to mental, emotional and physical health to the power of
the voice. Learn how the Breath animates us, soothes us, connects us with the heart, strengthens the
body and gives us a voice. Through breath, movement and vocalization, you will connect with your
breath in a new way.
 
2:00 – 2:20 – Healing the Energy Body: Heart & Hips - (Rosa) - Learn more about healing through the
Energy Body Connection. This class is aimed at releasing tension and trauma from the body using held
poses, mantra, self-massage and repetitive movements. Learn to make connections between the
physical body and the messages the body provides and experience how that relates to the energy
patterns we hold.
 
2:30 – 2:50 – Belly Dancing – (Habiba) - Habiba will introduce you to fundamental belly dance
techniques. Belly Dance is uplifting and fun. Come experience the beauty and power of this
mesmerizing art form.
