New to yoga? Curious to start but not sure where to begin? This 4-week series is designed to give you the foundation and confidence to step onto the mat. Together we’ll explore basic postures, breathing practices, and simple sequences that build strength, balance, and flexibility.
Each class will:

Introduce essential yoga poses with step-by-step guidance

Offer modifications and use of props to support all bodies

Include breathing techniques and short guided relaxation

Provide time for questions and personal support
By the end of the series, you’ll feel more comfortable moving through a yoga class, have tools to support your well-being at home, and a new sense of ease in body and mind.
No experience needed—all are welcome.
