
This class is an 8-week series for $100, open to all ages. No dance experience is required.
It is an excellent starting place for anyone who struggles to enjoy conventional exercise programs and is looking for fun, alternative ways to get fit, toned, and energized, or just to have fun and experience something new.
In this class, you will learn the foundational movements and techniques of belly dance. You will also learn to understand and appreciate how your body works during dance and how to isolate specific muscles and breathe through movement. Belly dance can increase confidence, relieve stress and tension, and create a time that is just for you to relax and celebrate your body and how it moves.
This beginner series will focus on proper posture and technique that will allow you to learn the foundations of belly dance. From there we will build up to movement combinations. Students should wear comfortable exercise clothes and either bare feet or socks.

This class is open to all ages, and students should have taken at least one beginner Belly Dance class with Shanrae or another instructor with a minimum of 6 months of belly dance experience.

In this class, you will continue to build on the foundational movements and techniques of belly dance learned in the Beginner class.
You will continue learning to understand and appreciate how your body works during dance and how to isolate specific muscles and breathe through movement while enjoying movement combinations and short choreography. Belly dance can increase confidence, relieve stress and tension, and create a time that is just for you to relax and celebrate your body and how it moves.
This Intermediate class will focus on continued use of proper posture and technique that will allow you to build on the foundations of belly dance and begin exploring more in depth movements, isolations and layering of movements.

This class is an 8-week series for $100, open to all ages.
This Advanced Belly Dance class is recommended for students who have at least one year of experience in Belly Dance. In this class we expand on techniques learned in the Beginner and Intermediate level classes. The class is focused on learning choreography and developing stage presence while continuing working on drills and conditioning for a healthy dance practice.
$100 for the 8 week series.

Let yourself melt into this 60-minute immersion of crystal sound bowl healing, coupled with gentle Holy Fire Reiki offered by Rabecca Rocco and Dr. Jessica Eckman of The Goddess Grove.

Three days and two nights in the Yellow Springs area of Ohio (about 2 hours and 45 minutes from Canton). We will be hiking, biking and sightseeing. We mix in a short amount of yoga during the day. In the evening we will have opportunities for good meals, games, cards, conversation and/or reading and relaxation. During the day we won't have rides planned of more than 25 miles, but you can choose to go further.
We will be going to Clifton Gorge State Nature Preserve (and possibly Glen Helen Nature Preserve).
Accomodations are in a beautiful estate (The Art of Seclusion) that sleeps about 13. Choose to share a room or to have your own room.
We will have helpful resources—mechanical, medical and musical—on our trip.
