Explore the fundamentals of a flowing yoga practice as well as traditional poses, meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) in this eight week series. This series is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga and will briefly touch on the yoga history/philosophy.
You'll challenge yourself as you work at your own level in a safe and supportive environment. Classes will be slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses.
Beginner Yoga is perfect for all ages and those that are new to yoga. At the end of the eight week series you will not only see results with strength, stability and flexibility but also gain a deeper understanding of a yoga flow on your mat so that when you attend all other connexion classes you'll yoga with confidence.
