Crafted thoughtfully, these classes incorporate
gentle poses, various breathing exercises, mindfulness, meditation,
and ancient yoga principles. Participants develop a sense of
presence, calmness, and room for self-reflection, introspection,
and profound realizations that go beyond the yoga mat.

- 45-60 min of asana (little to no chaturanga
dandasana and slow flow plus static postures)
