Allow yourself to relax and bathe in the vibrations of sound on the cellular level, feeling cosy and light.
What is a Gong Bath?
A gong spa (also known as a gong
bath) is a powerful sonic meditation that enables deep relaxation
to bring about peace and wellbeing for improved health. The
vibrations from the gong and other instruments assist the release
of emotional and energy blockages in the body and stimulate deep
healing on a cellular level.
The gong-bath slows the brainwaves, inducing a dreamlike state and opening us up to take an inner journey where our sense of time disappears and we are left to simply 'be'.

A Bit about Hannah
About HannaOnHands
Hanna didn’t start doing hand-balancing until she was 29 years old, hence she has a good understanding what it feels like to be a little scared of what seems uncontrollable and having the frustration of asking ourselves,
“Why the hell is it so much harder than it looks?”
Her journey actually started with yoga in 2011. She studied as an Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket teacher and completed over 800 hours of yoga teacher training with some of the world’s greatest yoga teachers. Hanna fell in love with handstands in 2017 and now only teaches the art of handstands. Ever since then, she has continued to regularly practice with some of the world-renowned handstand teachers, and holding a beginners workshop on behalf of Sainaa (London School of Hand Balance). Hanna expressed how very honoured and grateful she feels to be a regular student of Sainaa (London School of Hand Balance), Miguel Sant’ana, Yuval Ayalon and their continued support.
