Meditation is a daily practice, connecting with the universe and our life's bigger picture. We are permeated by consciousness and in that way connected to everything. At the time of the full moon, this connective energy is greatly enhanced.
Join us for a guided meditation in the atmosphere of our beautiful studio.

Join us for an enchanting Nada Yoga Concert, an evening of deeply meditative music featuring the Indian bamboo flute (Bansuri) and the Japanese Shakuhachi.
The soothing, meditative sound of the flute gently draws the mind inward, making it easier to focus and rest in stillness. As the music unfolds, feelings of peace, harmony, and contentment naturally arise from within.
We’ll close this beautiful, relaxing evening with a short mantra chanting.
