Peace is our birthright — it is always with us. Yet, in the rush of modern life, we often lose touch with that inner stillness. This unique workshop offers simple yet profound techniques to reconnect to the peace within. You’ll learn how to navigate life’s changes while remaining anchored in your calm, unshakable centre.
Through sound, relaxation, and mindful awareness, we explore Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound, awakening harmony in both mind and heart. Nada Yoga is the science of inner transformation and unity through sound and tone.
The workshop will include:
-
Musical Meditation – immerse in the vibrations of sound
-
Nada Yoga (Yoga of Sound) — exploring sound as a tool for inner harmony
-
Yoga Nidra – guided deep relaxation practice
-
A short talk on peace and presence
-
Mantra Chanting, Kirtan & Bhajan – uplifting mantras, bhajans, and the joy of shared sound
-

Swami Madhuram Puri is a sannyasi, which means he is a renounced monk in the Hindu tradition. He dedicates his life to yoga practise and teaching, and follows the philosophy by his spiritual master, Vishwaguruji Paramhans Maheshwarananda. Swami Madhuram became a significant figure in the international Yoga in Daily Life community, helping establish ashrams in the UK and later continuing his work in New Zealand, where he is now based. In 2013, he formally embraced monkhood in a traditional ceremony in India, committing his life to service and spirituality. Swami Madhuram is known for his involvement in Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound, using music and sound to aid meditation and spiritual growth.
