Join our Beginners Meditation course which is suitable for those with no prior experience in meditation!
The meditation journey takes us within ourselves, revealing our inherent potential. Meditation connects us with our innate inner peace and harmony, transforming the lives of ourselves and those around us.
Over the period of 8 weeks we will be progressing gradually through the levels 1-2 of our self-inquiry meditation:
- The first steps on the journey of meditation is to gain the ability to relax, sit still and find some inner stillness so we can have a break from the busyness of life and find some peace of mind. Through relaxation, gentle postures, pranayama, we prepare our body and mind for sitting in meditation.
- The course includes meditation techniques to experience physical stillness, stress release through breath and connecting to your heart centre. Basic concentration techniques with mantra and on the forehead are also introduced to deepen the experience of stillness within.
In between the sessions you will practice the techniques that you have learned in the class and your teacher will be in constant communication with you, answering your questions, giving feedback and supporting your progress.
