‘Quiet Mind and Open Heart’ Advanced Meditation Series 4

Consisting of 4 series of 6 weeks, that run daily, Sunday through Friday at 9.00 to 9.30 pm, this ONLINE COURSE is a unique opportunity to continue to develop your experience, dive into your inner world, and unlock your hidden potential in a graduate and supported way.

 

In each of us, there is a wonderful and miraculous dormant potential and, as we begin to activate this inner energy source, we can utilise these dormant powers to achieve what we so dearly desire; a purposeful existence living in peace, harmony, and happiness.

Series 4 | 6 weeks | The Advanced Meditations from Yoga in Daily Life System | 31.8.-10.10.

· After awakening and balancing the energy of all the chakras in this series we will practice the five most advanced meditation techniques connecting the chakras with breath and mantra, facilitating and sustaining the energy flow through them, experiencing and embodying the unity with all living beings.

· We will enter the ‘inner temple of our soul’ and feel the unity with the Supreme.

· We will strengthen our connection to our Higher Self and receive its message about the unique purpose of life and finally, we will dwell in the feeling of freedom, bliss, and unity with the Divine.

ONLINE daily Advanced (Level 6): Practise like a Yogi

The course runs daily, Monday through Friday 5.45-7.00 am for 6 weeks, it is ongoing and progresses gradually through the levels of Yoga in Daily Life system.

If you have already practiced level 5 of Yoga in Daily Life, you are most welcome to join us on level 6 :)

To master each level it takes 3-6 months of daily practice.

The course runs daily, Monday through Friday 5.45-7.00 am. It is ongoing and progresses gradually through the levels of Yoga in Daily Life system.

If you have mastered level 5 of Yoga in Daily Life, you are most welcome to join us at level 6. It takes 3-6 months of daily practice to master a level.

IN-HALL daily Intermediate (Level 4): Practise like a Yogi

The daily practice, enables us to gradually progress through levels of Yoga in Daily Life System practicing each level systematically for couple of months.

The course runs daily, Monday through Friday 5.45 -7.00 am. It is ongoing and it progresses gradually through the levels of Yoga in Daily Life system.

If you have already practiced level 3 of Yoga in Daily Life, you are most welcome to join us on for asanas, pranayama and meditation of level 4 :)  

To master each level it takes 3-6 months of daily practice.

According to the ancient yogic scriptures, yoga needs to be practiced during the period of sunrise, when an immense amount of Prana (cosmic energy) enters our system nourishing our body, mind, intellect, and soul. Daily practice is crucial if we want to master any skill. You will notice an increased level of energy and a positive change in your mood as well as an improvement in your attention span and concentration. You will experience more inspiration, joy, and love in your daily life.

Join us for an enchanting Nada Yoga Concert, an evening of deeply meditative music featuring the Indian bamboo flute (Bansuri) and the Japanese Shakuhachi.

The soothing, meditative sound of the flute gently draws the mind inward, making it easier to focus and rest in stillness. As the music unfolds, feelings of peace, harmony, and contentment naturally arise from within.

We’ll close this beautiful, relaxing evening with a short mantra chanting.
