This program weather you take this for yourself or to become certified to teach practices or this full program to support others going through life events they may need support with – It will be something that you will use and call on again and again throughout all chapters of life.
It is also a great opportunity to spend some time in nature enjoying “taking in the good” filling your cup, getting clear and giving yourself some space to process.
Tammy Williams (Founder & Course Facilitator, Certified Trauma Health Professional / Clinical Nurse / Consultant) has been delivering Mindfulness Training since 2006/7 formally to the public & has travelled the world to train with world renowned Doctors, Yoga Teachers and she now Trains others including Yoga Teachers, Doctors , Allied Health Professionals, Parents, Police Officers, (all walks of life) – to teach the practices that have helped her clients . Tammy continues to provide consultancy , mentoring , and therapeutic programs that are Mindfulness Based to people from all over the world (even more so now thanks to the use of Live Online Mentoring & Coaching) She supports those going through crisis or who maybe at cross roads to find relief or to take more skilful action that supports their overall quality of life, along with Training Teachers who wish to Teach or share Mindfulness.
