MUDRAS FOR MINDFULNESS
In this Mindfulness Based Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Immersion / Teacher Training we will explore:
* Poses that bring the heart above the head
* Inverted and backbending poses.
In restorative yoga these poses are gentle and supportive, encouraging introspection and nourishment. These poses are also the ones that require most care in alignment, and we will spend time exploring ways of supporting students in these poses to ensure safety and comfort. You will experientially observe and adjust multiple students in these restorative poses and will also have the chance to experience the deep effect of the long hold poses.
* Explore Mindfulness Based Yoga Nidra and how + why implementing this can add to your Mindful Toolkit for self care , insight and recovery.
* This will also include Trauma Aware Mindfulness Guidelines
* MBRY Feature Classes & Guided MB Yoga Nidra
Props to bring: 1 mat, 1 bolster, 1 block and 4 yoga blankets (bring bed blankets if you don’t have yoga blankets). Bring your own eye pillow, a sarong, a few large towels and a small soft towel, 2 bed pillows and any extra cushions you might have, 2 pillowcases can hygenically cover a studio bolster.

Join Tammy Willliams (Founder of Yoga NRG) in this 4-day Training Program where you will extend on your learnings from your completed Level 1 Mindfulness Coaching course to explore, practice and teach (for those who want to teach) the full Mindfulness Based Coaching Program using Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Techniques.
Level 2 Mindfulness Coaching course allows you to broaden your scope of practicing and teaching different types of Mindfulness practice, and provides you with the skills for you to teach sessions four to eight of the fulll MIndfulness Based Coaching Program.

Long Slow Deep & Restore sequence focuses on floor postures designed to open the hips, create space and length for the spine and take you into the most peaceful part of your own mind.
It can be taken as hours toward our 240hr / 300hr / 500hr Yoga +
Mindfulness Teacher Training or purely as a Personal Immersion /
Self Retreat to indulge in this nourishing and insightful Yoga
& Mindfulness Practice.

Non teachers may enrol in this course for personal development, however will need to combine this with a full level 1 Teacher Training to be qualified to teach Long Slow Deep.
Learn to teach a full LSD sequence with restorative options to make this series adaptable to a wide scope of students, understand the benefits of this sequence in its' relationship to Pratyahara, cueing and the cycle of Samskara to include in dialogue.
For those wanting to do Refresher who are already out teaching LSD are welcome also. As part of the refresher you also receive an LSD Master Class with Tammy Williams, the latest edition of Resourses / handouts etc.
