Are you loving yoga but unsure about alignment? Do you need a yoga refresher to renew your yoga practice?

Created for students new to yoga, and for those looking to gain a deeper understanding of foundational poses, this workshop will take an in-depth look into key foundation yoga poses, allowing you to practice safely and build confidence in your yoga practice.

  • · Learn how to develop body awareness
  • · Learn basic postures
  • · Focus on safe and healthy alignment for your body
  • · Practice coordinating the breath & movement.

This is a 3 part workshop. Drop in to each workshop for $30, or sign up for all 3 for $80
