Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive, in-person immersion designed for students who wish to deepen their personal practice and/or pursue teaching yoga with confidence, integrity, and skill.
Rooted in classical yoga philosophy and supported by modern anatomy, this training goes beyond postures to explore breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, functional movement, trauma-aware teaching, and embodied presence. With a strong emphasis on practical application, graduates leave feeling prepared to both live and teach yoga in real-world settings.
This program is led by experienced educators and yoga teachers with a combined 40+ years of teaching experience, offering a grounded, supportive, and professional learning environment.
