September 21, join Lisa Bracken for a deep-dive into Ayurveda in three parts:
10:30am - Waking Up the Belly Brain 75m Asana Practice
12pm - Kitchari Lunch
1-3:30pm - Balanced Belly, Balanced Mind Workshop
Ayurveda explores how the five fundamental elements of nature – Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space – show up in every living thing, including ourselves, our food, and our yoga practice. Together, we will learn about our own, individual balance of the elements and unlock tools to find self-realization, healing, and equilibrium. Ayurveda has been used for centuries to heal, treat, and prevent a multitude of conditions, we find it particularly powerful in dealing with digestive distress, insomnia, and stress reduction.
