Yoga Teacher Training at YogaVega is an intense and wonderful experience designed to give you the confidence to launch your teaching experience. This training covers five main areas of study:

Anatomy: bones, muscles, organs, body systems, tissues

Ayurveda: yogic lifestyle, daily rituals, balancing your body through the use of food, sleep, and cycles of life

Philosophy: Yoga Sutras, types of yoga

Practice: sanskrit, class sequencing, pose mechanics

Subtle Body: chakras, vayus, koshas, other subtle body energies

Training Dates: Every Tuesday 10:45-2:45, plus one weekend/mo. Friday 5:00-9:00pm, Saturday 9am-5pm

Additional Requirements: 2 observation hours, 3 teaching hours, attend 40 yoga classes w/YTT500 hour teacher

Cost: $1950

YogaVega Yoga Membership is included for the duration of the training.
