Mindful Empowerment 4 Week Series
This particular series will be diving deep into the elements of empowerment, specifically focusing on awareness, acceptance, alignment and allowing.
Each week we will be exploring, integrating, discussing and practicing, practicing, practicing multiple modalities. The meditation practices will include, but are not limited to guided meditations, visualizations, journalling, breath work, and much more.
After these sessions, prepare to feel peace in your heart, calm in your body, a connection to self and those around you. You will also be more clear on the ultimate vision you have of your life and what is getting in the way of that unfolding.
Prerequisite for this program is the 8 Week Mindfulness FX.
