Womens Barbell clinic. The BARBELL CLINIC Your Best Self is designed for someone who is comfortable using a Barbell with the basic lifts and wants to learn some more advanced exercises with the barbell and dumbbells. In this clinic you will gain strength and build muscle by focusing on lower reps and higher weights. Barbells, free weights and kettlebells will be used. Each sessions including 30 minutes of lower body and 30 minutes of upper body and core. If you have already attended women's barbell clinic in the past, we will be doing new combinations of exercises to make it new and fresh!
