Join Zen Den and Mutual Morris Coffee Collective for a cozy fall gathering that goes beyond the usual yoga class.
We’ll begin with a one-hour, all-levels yoga practice. Choose an affirmation from a card drawn at random and, if it resonates, carry it with you as an intention throughout your practice.
After yoga, we’ll shift from bends to brews! Mutual Morris Coffee Collective will serve espresso-based drinks from a special event menu and share a little about who they are and what they do.
While the coffee is brewing, we’ll come back to our affirmations for an informal, optional conversation about what we noticed during practice. Then create an affirmation card of your own to take home while we sip, create, talk, and enjoy some time together.
Your registration includes the yoga practice, affirmation experience, and one handcrafted coffee beverage. Additional beverages will be available for purchase from Mutual Morris Coffee Collective.
Spooky Stretch: A Halloween Family Yoga Adventure! 🎃🧘♀️👻
Grab your little ghosts and goblins and join us for a frightfully fun Halloween-themed family yoga class! Families will move, stretch, breathe, and play their way through a not-so-spooky yoga adventure filled with Halloween-inspired poses, games, music, and plenty of giggles.
We’ll creep like black cats, balance like bats, grow into spooky trees, stir up some witchy brews, and wind down with a cozy Halloween relaxation. Costumes are welcome—just make sure you can comfortably move in them!
No yoga experience is needed. This playful class is designed for children and their grown-ups to connect, get moving, and make some Halloween memories together. 🧡🖤

Children: $10 (discount automatically applied to children whose
