Join our nurturing and supportive Pilatebaby course – a postnatal Pilates block of classes designed especially for new mums to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and connect with their babies and other local mums.
Led by expert Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Mummy MOT practitioner Beth Alexander, this class focuses on gentle, targeted movement to support your postnatal recovery. You’ll learn and practise specific exercises to:

Reconnect with and strengthen your core and pelvic floor

Improve spinal mobility and relieve tension

Rebuild posture and body awareness

Move safely and mindfully during early motherhood
Babies are welcome from 6 weeks old until they’re on the move (once you have had you're 6-week postnatal check or Mummy Mot - which Beth offers). Classes include time for bonding with your baby, and we finish with a relaxed social space so you can enjoy a chat with other mums.
Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive - early booking is recommended! (Term time only). If spaces are available when this block starts / or cancellations happen - a Drop-In Class Pass option will be available for £15 (block of classes is £13 p/class)
Monthly Coffee and Catch-up included on 1st Thursday of each month.
If you can't make a class - we will gift you a complimentary 'Drop In Class Pass' to our regular classes (T&C's below).

Community, Connection, Meditation and Mindfulness just for Men! This is not just a meditation class!
Each month Dave The Coach will be hosting a monthly meditation, mindfulnes and breathwork class just for men. You will get to experience different minfulness practices to help with stress, feel more positive. Alongside this monthly class you will be invited to join the Men-ditation Community and a monthly social meet up. Watch out for special quartley events designed just for men!

During this class we shall explore various types of handstand and how to enter and exit them safely. We shall explore alignment and engagement of core (bandha) to gain an understanding of how to hold a freestanding handstand and find the still-point.
Please practice your cartwheels before you come (they don't have to be good cartwheels just have a go!).
