Join our nurturing and supportive Pilatebaby course - a postnatal Pilates block of classes designed especially for new mums to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and connect with their babies and other local mums.
Led by expert Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Mummy MOT practitioner Beth Alexander, this class focuses on gentle, targeted movement to support your postnatal recovery. You’ll learn and practise specific exercises to:

Reconnect with and strengthen your core and pelvic floor

Improve spinal mobility and relieve tension

Rebuild posture and body awareness

Move safely and mindfully during early motherhood
'Coffee, Cake and Catch up' on 1st Thursday of the month, directly after class is included.
Babies are welcome from 6 weeks old until they’re on the move (once you have had you're 6-week postnatal check). Classes include time for bonding with your baby, and we finish with a relaxed social space so you can enjoy a chat with other mums.
Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive - early booking is recommended! (Term time only)

7th Feb: From Cravings to Control: Breaking habits that no longer serve you: This workshop supports you in identifying and releasing the emotional triggers and limiting beliefs behind habits that no longer serve you - such as sugar, food, caffeine, social media or smoking.
Working with the item you wish to release allows for bigger shifts, so if possible, please bring it along with you for this workshop. Items could include sweets, chocolate, crisps, biscuits, coffee, cigarettes, your phone or device, etc.
