
4-Week Block | Babies Welcome from 8 Weeks to Pre-Crawling
Join our nurturing and supportive Pilatebaby course – a 4-week postnatal Pilates block designed especially for new mums to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and connect with their babies and other local mums.
Led by expert Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Mummy MOT practitioner Beth Alexander, this class focuses on gentle, targeted movement to support your postnatal recovery. You’ll learn and practise specific exercises to:

Move safely and mindfully during early motherhood
Babies are welcome from 8 weeks old until they’re on the move. Classes include time for bonding with your baby, and we finish with a relaxed social space so you can enjoy a chat with other mums.

Community, Connection, Meditation and Mindfulness just for Men! This is not just a meditation class!
Each month Dave The Coach will be hosting a monthly meditation, mindfulnes and breathwork class just for men. You will get to experience different minfulness practices to help with stress, feel more positive. Alongside this monthly class you will be invited to join the Men-ditation Community and a monthly social meet up. Watch out for special quartley events designed just for men!
