Jana has a degree in Psychology, and has been practising both yoga and Buddhism for over 18 years and has over 400 hours of yoga teacher training. She has a deep belief that through the understanding of modern neuroscience, ancient yogic and Buddhist Psychology, and the practice of a mindful yoga meditation we can lead happier fulfilled and more compassionate lives.
