Thank you EZ for the challenge this morning for my 1st 45 power class! You definitely energized my day and gave us those jams that kept me movin! You are unstoppable and I will continue to learn as time goes on! My half way mark is today for the 6 week challenge! Lessss go!

We are a modern kickboxing
studio looking to improve every single member's physical and mental
health. We offer classes for all levels and skill sets. We have a
