Teacher is great, make sure you understand move and makes beginners feel comfortable in class.
This class is a great addition to the classes you offer. The instructor is energetic and encouraging. I thoroughly enjoyed the workout and look forward to attending again.
I had to step away from yoga 5 years ago,a year or so ago I injured myself falling down attic steps.I wasn't sure I could completely participate in yoga due to some of moves.So,I started with 2 months private lessons twice per week,then attended chair yoga once per week in addition to private lessons, a few weeks later I started Yin yoga and gentle Yoga.
I attend classes 3 times per week,my leg strength has improved tremendously ,my walking is improved and I am much more relaxed.
Yoga "saved" me many years ago during a difficult situation,and most recently with an injury.
Elizabeth’s aerial fusion class was very good. She helped me try a few new poses. I will definitely come back.
Reiki and sound bath is an awesome way to relax and connect to yourself.

I have been taking various classes this month and I love all of them..I have been taking Pilates with Hope..
She is a great instructor and has helped me with various poses. I really feel like I am getting stronger .
Hope is an excellent instructor and very patient ..
