This is a good program for people who want to do more than yoga poses. It is sort of a mixture of Tai Chi and Yoga with a lot of movement. I wanted more movement than traditional yoga and this place has it. In addition to that, the other students and the teachers are great. It is a community that is very welcoming. You don't walk into class and not talk to anyone. You get to meet all of the students and that makes the practice more fun. I would recommend this place to people who want all that yoga offers, plus an active program that makes you sweat.
My very first time in a long time and felt very welcomed when I walked in the door. For some of the difficult moves, there were different ways to do them so it made those of us who don't have our yoga skills mastered a little more at ease. Will be going back! :)
I just went to my first class and loved the energy, the friendly people and the instructor who was simply wonderful (and guided my bad back through the whole thing. I'm looking forward to many more classes!
I went to the West Linn Location. The vibration class was new and exciting for me. It left my body feel very light and healthy. I would recommend this class to anyone who had a long stressful week! THANK YOU!!!
