I have only been there one time for an intro hammock class but was very impressed with the whole feel and vibe of the studio. I love the variety of classes they have to offer. The instructor was very good, she taught well, and made you feel comfortable. I really loved my first class and can't wait to come back again. I think this is going to be my new obsession.

Amazing class! Jacquelyn was a great instructor. It was my first level 1 pole class and I didn’t feel completely lost or overwhelmed because Jackie really explained everything amazingly and answered any questions I had.

Just used the last of my 5 class package, and I know now I’d like to purchase more! I did the first class with a friend, then decided to go for it and continue with more. So far I’ve had Giannilise, Bethann, and Elaine as instructors and they’re wonderful! You get a lot out of a class; conditioning, learning, and fun.

Amazing class, teacher was great and fun. Be prepared to keep up, in a good way !
