My son is a HS freshman playing football in a very competitive program. Khalil has helped him immensely over the last year. He's stronger, faster and knows how to train in a safe, structured way that's appropriate for his age level. The gym is clean and well appointed and the location is convenient. We've referred friends and teammates to Khalil and will happily continue to do so.

Coach Khalil is wonderful and his expanded knowledge of weight loss is helping me out in every way.

Coach Khalil has been amazing with our 10 year old daughter, he has motivated her on and off training hours. So patient and takes the time to explain things. So glad we are working with him and look forward to learning even more.

Khalil has way surpassed my expectations. We travel 6 hours every Sunday because his work is that valuable and my son loves it. I am now signing up my other son who just signed to play college football. He is going to work with him as much as possible before leaving for school so he is ready! Love it!
