Kim and her amazing staff are an incredible group. We would never leave Tito with anyone else. The care, the structure, the love are always evident. Tito is calm and happy when I pick him up and always happy to see Kim at drop off. When you leave your dog for vacation the transition from one home to another can be unsettling but Kim has him on a schedule that is structured so when he comes home he doesn't miss a beat. Thankful for what Kim  has taught us and Tito so we can have the best possible relationship. There is so much more to Paws and Possibilities!!!!

I was surprised with virtual session. It was very good and she takes time to speak to everyone and listens to their respective concerns.

More engaging than I thought it would be given the virtual setup. Sam was great!
