Emily is a wonderful and creative trainer! Each workout has a theme and often targets particular muscle groups such as lower body, abdominals, upper body. Sometimes all are addressed. She comes up with unique sessions, in fact it’s hard to remember repeating any of them in exactly the same form. Each session is thus unique. I highly recommend Emily for your training!
We had a conflict with our session this morning and Emily went out of her way to accommodate rescheduling. We were able to have the session just a few hours later on the same day! Also, she is wonderful at planning new and fun training h sessions and providing alternative exercises for this with limitations. I cannot say enough good things about Emily and her ability to help those of us that would not be where we are today without her help!
Emily has the ability to design new workouts for every class. This workout was based on the “Hangman” word guess game, and was extremely fun and at the same time provided an excellent workout session. I would highly recommend enrolling in either a private one-on-one or a group session with Emily!
Emily is totally engaged at all times to the needs of her clients while they are working out. She challenges me and gives me encouragement to finish each task. Her equipment is always clean, the decor is not distracting and is very tasteful. Each workout is different and fun so I don't get bored. I focus on the directions for each day. I recommend Emily to everyone, no matter what level you are working out.
She knows how I'm put together better than I do and uses that knowledge to design workouts that will improve fitness, diet and well being. You don't find this kind of attention in a gym. Highly recommend training with Emily no matter how young you are.
Wow! What a great workout, as usual. Emily pays close attention to our specific level of ability and always suggests ways to modify to meet our individual issues and limitations. We have people of all ages in our class and everyone can work at their own level.
I have to agree with exactly with what Glenn K. said. I have been working with Emily for over 6 years and have had a few issues (injuries) and she was able each and every time to provide me alternatives to avoid my issue (injuries). She has designed a session for me and my friend that is perfect for us and always knows each of our limits and makes us feel like we are the only one, she watches our forms and if it's not right not only shows us us the right way, tells us why it is important to do it the right way.
Emily is awesome. She always makes the work out fun and challenging. Willing to accommodate us if we have any restrictions. Highly recommend her.
