It was a great experience! I will be back many times! Matt is a fabulous instructor, and your studio is beautiful. Take care, Barbara
I absolutely love this class. Jamie has such a calming effect. Both body and mind are cleared of negativity
So many positive thoughts come to mind after taking a Saturday morning Bhakti Flow class with Jamie . The power to take a very dreary morning and give it incredible life is a universal gift . Thank you for all you are and what you teach
Matt's yoga class was wonderful. He was able to weave mindfulness, breath and movement so seamlessly. His cues are clear and easy to follow. The 75 minutes flew by, and I left feeling strong, yet limber and relaxed. I will definitely be back.
This is an AMAZING new yoga studio in Kenmore! I’ve had the owners at other yoga studios and am SO happy that they opened their own place! They are kind and wonderful and very skilled yoga teachers! You will leave there feeling super amazing… both physically and mentally!
Beautiful new space and welcoming atmosphere. Jamie leads a great class. She is clear with her instruction, the class is challenging, but not extreme. I appreciate the corrections/suggestions. This class is exactly what I have been looking for in a Yoga class!
Jamie is the BEST yoga teacher ever! She is so kind and very responsive to everyone's needs. Please check out her classes either in person or virtually.
Great studio and teacher! Nirvana Yoga is a great place to learn, or improve, your yoga practice. Seasoned teachers with a lot of knowledge to share.
Nirvana Yoga ~
Jamie & Matt teach us that the thoughts, words & actions of our own lives can contribute in some way to the happiness & freedom for all. Practicing with them is more than simply attending a yoga class—it’s stepping into a space where movement, presence, and community are thoughtfully woven together.
Whether you're seeking strength or balance, physically or mentally, or simply a place to breathe, Nirvana Yoga is holding space for you with authenticity and light.
Imagine a darkness in a room, and just one person comes in with a candle... They light up the whole room.

JAI MA! ~ Jaime
Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for decades, there is a mat for you in all of Jamie’s classes. Her instruction is versatile, adaptable & flexible. She creates strong community & a safe space of release. Regardless of why you walk into the studio, whether it’s your first time or weekly routine, you’ll leave with a stronger sense of presence, having shown up for yourself, for others, and for whatever the day may bring.
COMMUNITY (the blessing of your company)
From the first time Jamie looks at you, you feel truly seen. The vulnerability this opens in each student creates a safe and reliable atmosphere. This fosters strong connection, like gathering around a campfire - warm, inclusive, and deeply human. It maintains the value of fellowship, so often overlooked in our busy, dispersed lives.
VERSATILITY (coexistence of Effort & Ease)
Each class is unique. Jamie meets you exactly where you are today, offering intuitive & personalized modifications. She encourages you to explore & challenge yourself when you’ve settled into comfortability. Yet she also reminds you to listen to your body, offering it grace when it calls for child’s pose.
ADAPTABILITY (real-life flow)
Jamie doesn’t preach this, she just lives it. In doing so, she inspires others to be adaptable as well. Watching her navigate distractions, staying grounded and allowing humor, reminds us that yoga isn’t about a session, but how we carry the mindset into our daily lives. It’s about having the flexibility to bend without breaking. It’s recognizing that sometimes we need to simply embrace a diversion with a collective, deep exhale of laughter - as meaningful as any other yogic pose. It’s also demonstrating that being a welcoming studio includes those outside the class: A dog-walker once wove right through the middle of a park practice - Jamie genuinely smiled and greeted him with a sincere, “Good morning!”
RELEASE (learning to breathe)
When life presents you with unexpected hardship, Jamie’s class will still be here for you. She will guide you back to your intention for practice through breathwork and mudra. Literally and figuratively, you may not realize how long you’ve been holding your breath - until you finally learn to exhale.
Jamie creates a space where movement meets meaning. Through her guidance, you’ll discover not just the shapes your body can take, but the power of presence, connection, and compassion. Her classes become more than just practice—they are places of return, release, and realignment.
…and may others as well benefit from our practice.
