Marko is unbelievable: knowledgeable, expert, and able to work with people of all ages, including seniors like me. He has moved to a location much further away from me. I considered someone closer, but then I would not have the incomparable Marko. He is the best and I recommend him without hesitation.

Still after all these years, there are muscles. I forgot I even had. In my wildest dreams I never imagined I could execute some of the contortions required by Marko.
Since Marko has moved, Function Factory is a much longer drive. I could find someone closer, but it would not be Marko. He truly is one of a kind: extremely knowledgeable, & patient with this senior person. He is the best!! I was having some left hip/back pain. When I informed Marko, he put me through some exercises, and I have no more pain. I have been going to him for years... so I am addicted to the gym and his smile. And I had an aversion to exercising. Most recently, I was unable to make a session, so I rescheduled rather than miss. ME! A year ago, I would not have done that.
Whatever your age, I unequivocally recommend Marko. You will thank me.

I cannot rave enough about Marko's ability to get me to exercise and even look forward to those mornings. His expertise in creating a personalized workout for this senior is incredible. He has a great way of creating scenarios to explain things...be it part of the program or normal conversation.
This time, after my 9 day hospitalization, I have been with Marko for over a year. He has become part of my budget necessary to continue to function effectively through my next couple of decades (or more).
He is far from a hard taskmaster. You can work as hard as you can or you can just go through the motions; but that is wasting your time and Marko's time plus your cost.
I highly recommend him. He is a hidden gem!

I have been working with Marko for many years. He is so knowledgeable about the mechanics of the body and can help you work your way through injuries, big or small. I most recently have been having significant sciatic pain and he showed me 3 key exercises I can do to help alleviate it. When I’m feeling great, Marko makes sure to kick my butt with killer workouts. And, perhaps most important of all, Marko truly cares about his clients. He’s the best in the business!!
