My sister and I have been going to TWE for a few years but it had been a while, and this class reminded me why I need to prioritize yoga in my life again. I lost my best friend a few months ago, and this week is his birthday. It's also my birthday, and the first in 12 years without my bday buddy. I came in full of pain and grief and left feeling a catharsis. Colleen made us feel safe and supported enough that I bawled my eyes out during shavasana, which she handled beautifully even though I must have looked crazy! Everyone at TWE has contributed to making this a beautiful space of healing and peace unlike any other.

I absolutely loved Colleen's gentle yoga class!   It was very different then the fast paced classes im used to.  It was so relaxing and very much needed! I really liked how it was more based on the spiritual side of yoga!   I can't wait to go again!  

Thank you for not making my fiance feel weird for being the only guy in class. That was a big worry of his. He also really loved the class!

I took the “Pop Up: Qigong "Calming the Mind"today at Trinity  wellness in the first instance the owner is very welcoming so you feel welcome from the onset . The class was an hour and half and was excellent as it was a workout that teaches you structured movements that work your mind , emotions and body given by a wonderful instructor in an adept manner in an inviting space . The chiming bowls at the end in a relaxed state were excellent

Betsy and her team are wonderful. I’m stiff as a board and her modifications were perfect for my abilities. She is a wonderful teacher. I can’t wait for the next class.

I've been attending this yoga studio for some time now, and it truly feels like a second home. It’s such a positive and non-judgmental environment that it feels like I've known everyone for years. After just a few months of taking classes,  I am can feel the difference in my overall wellness! I'm no longer sore at the end of the day, and I wake up ready to start my day. My stress and anxiety levels are lower. The accepting and encouraging atmosphere makes me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this amazing studio!!
