What a beautifully composed class! Rachel took us gently from one level of the pose to the next using thoughtful transitions and clear cueing. Her confidence made me feel comfortable trying a new style of class. I will be joining in on Zoom as often as I possibly can. This class will be in my weekly schedule of classes.
This was my first experience with Bridge Yoga, and it was great. It was also my first experience doing meditation via Zoom. I did not know what to expect. It was so relaxing and restorative. I have never done meditation where one meditation builds on another, and while this was my first time, it was very effective. I like the idea of each meditation building on one another rather than simply being iterative and just "seeing how long you can be present." I noticed that because of the meditation's thematic nature, it was much easier for me to be present than at any other time in the past. It's been about 8 years since I've done yoga or meditation, and I have meant to return to it. I feel like this studio could be the right place for me to reinstitute my practice.

This was my first class with The Bridge Yoga, and I really enjoyed it! I did shed a few tears because of the class and just the connection Kelli made me feel even through Zoom. I really enjoyed my session this evening!
After a long research for yoga studios in BCS I realized that The Bridge has the best variety of yoga classes for the best affordable price! Kelli, the owner, used to be my yoga instructor in other studio years ago, I used to love her classes and that made me feel pretty confident about trying the studio. I had my first yoga class there today, and I fell in love with it, loved the atmosphere, the class and how friendly everyone’s seemed.
I am SO SO glad we have reconnected! And so honored to have you practicing with us in our special space!!!!
Really enjoyed trying this Restorative practice. Great way to give yourself permission to relax and restore. Loved Gina’s guidance, calming energy, and creation of a cozy environment. Looking forward to the next offering of Restorative. 6:00 p was also a perfect time of day for this. Thank you!

After a break from yoga for many years, Jenni’s Gentle Yoga class was a great place to return. She was very accommodating to every level of need in the class. The studio is very welcoming and well-equipped, and I look forward to exploring the wide variety of class offerings. I have found my new yoga home!
Our first yoga class ever and it was awesome! The facility and Michelle were amazing!
Marnie is an amazing Yogi. I love the way she checks in with each student asking for a one word description about where they are mentally and emotionally. Very effective check-in. It allows students to get to know one another a bit.
As an adult, it is tough for me to make new friends. Having us check in is very effective in helping me connect in my new community. It helps me begin conversations as I get ready for class and clean up after class.
This was a wonderful way to end the day. Kelli is an effective teacher who makes everyone feel welcome. Her class is informative and inclusive.
