My daughter had a fantastic time! The coaching was excellent and the experience challenged and excited her physically and mentally. We'll definitely be coming back!

I finally dragged my husband to do a class with me and he loved it!!!!

We recently hosted our son’s birthday party at Ninja Obstacle Lifting Academy and had an awesome experience from start to finish. The kids had an absolute blast and were engaged the entire time.

Edgardo and Paul were fantastic coaches. They were energetic, patient, and great with the kids, keeping things fun while making sure everyone stayed safe and involved. Edgardo’s communication leading up to the party was excellent as well. He made the planning process smooth and stress free, which we really appreciated.

If you’re looking for a fun and unique place to host a birthday party, we would definitely recommend Ninja Obstacle Lifting Academy. We’re also strongly considering signing our son up for classes because of how much he enjoyed it. Great experience all around!

Coach Paul is amazingly adept at creating a great workout for those of us who have limitations. He’s extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. He encourages me to continue to challenge myself and my abilities. This gym is exactly what I need.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym and it’s only been one session. My son immediately engaged and hasn’t stopped talking about it since. The coaches are welcoming, and the gym itself is awesome and the activities are easily adaptable to his level.

Paul individualizes the group’s work out to specific needs expertly.  He makes it fun. He listens, adjusts, and challenges each of us to rise to our best. I also feel apart of a caring community. I leave feeing invigorated and proud of what I was able to accomplish.

We really enjoy our Ninja obstacle classes and program. The kids are excited and motivated to attend. They are building real strength and get a sense of accomplishment as they execute new parts of the course. Coach Edgardo is great with the kids and gets to know them and their motivational style.

What an awesome time. I love getting pushed and see what I can do.
