Fun with just the right amount of challenge for me! Looking forward to going again!

First time trying hot yoga and aerial yoga, and I like them. Judit is the first teacher I had and met, she’s awesome. She’s very welcoming, kind, and helpful. I enjoy all her classes including hot yoga and non-heated yoga as well. I will try her low flight class next and highly recommend this studio for those who are new to yoga and aerial yoga.

The Aeropilates is challenging but so much fun. The teacher has been patient and great at showing me how to use the aerial silks, which are completely new to me. I love getting to do inversions on the silks!

Anya was an amazing instructor- very helpful in correcting moves and making sure you were comfortable. If you have never done Aerial yoga I highly suggest it!

Really wonderful studio.

I took the yin yoga and sound bath class last night. It was amazing! Excited to try more classes...

Glad this has come my way again.  We needed this in Lake Stevens.  Haven’t been to any yoga since about 6 years now

This place is so cool! I was surprised to find a studio with such a variety of yoga classes outside of the bigger cities in our area. As someone who has wanted to try new types of yoga, this has been awesome and I will be back! Excited to have this place in our community. I like that there are classes that vary widely in intensity so we have the choice to adjust depending on how we're feeling, too.
