Brittany she’s amazing!
I LOVED this class and the instructor. I've been feeling empathy fatigue lately, struggling to leave my work at the office. Separating the mental load and focusing on myself has been difficult. Last night, we did heart-opening poses, focusing on feeling compassion for ourselves and giving it to those around us. It was exactly what I needed to realign myself.
Brittany Class is so much fun! I love the combination of music with weight workouts. Her energy is amazing and she makes the class super fun.
I’m a mom of 5 and it’s been a while since I felt strong even after completing a 13 mile swim this summer I still questioned my strength! I’ve done Hatha, sculpt, slow flow and tonight I did Aerial! I was so scared at first! My body is bigger than it’s ever been and I didn’t trust myself! Tonight I felt strong, built confidence and am relearning to trust this body! Anya and her team are excellent and the community is so encouraging!
Most amazing yoga studio I’ve found! The sculpt class is by far the best one I’ve ever taken. Anya will kick your butt. I love the variety of classes and schedule.

I love Hot Yoga Joy!
There are a variety of classes to try. The instructors are helpful and friendly and each has their own "flavor" of class. I was skeptical about trying a hot class but the unlimited membership option gave me an easy and affordable way to try everything. Who knew I would absolutely love the hot classes?!
The community of yogis are friendly, fun and supportive.
All levels of experience and ability are supported here!

I have been coming to hot yoga joy for about a month and a half. It’s such a welcoming space with people who just care about those who come in. There is a class for everyone, It’s a part of my routine I’m look forward to
