Tonight was my first class in 4 years and it was fabulous. Friendly patrons and Pam was wonderful. She helped me correct my positions, gave us all verbal prompts for achieving the best results, and was such an encouraging presence throughout the class ... I'm hooked !
I always feel so confident in Pam's classes. She tells you how to do the postures so well. What direction your feet should.be in, what direction your hips should be. Where to sink in. I have never left a class where the inside of my knees or elbows hurt from not doing a posture well like I have at other places.
She helps push you and tells you where and when you can explore a position more to get in deeper.
So much praise to her.
Every time i return to Kelowna, I take as many classes as I can at Shift. Grateful for the knowledgeable and fabulous instructors. Highly recommended!

It is such a warm and generous community. The classes and teachers vary frequently so there is a lot offered no matter your level or style. Lexie has an especially energetic and joyful way of teaching!
The classes are always a bit different which is awesome for stretching new places in your body. This is the best yoga studio I have where attended.
