The Newport location is sweet and intimate! The natural lighting and view are fantastic as well.

I loved my experience at this Pilates studio! The space is so bright and inviting, especially being on the second floor with all the natural light. Emily is such an encouraging instructor—her energy makes the class fun, and she’s amazing at cueing so you feel confident in every movement. It was a great class overall, and I’ll definitely be back!

I haven't worked out for a long time. I took a class with Taff and she was amazing. From the moment I walked in she made me feel comfortable. Throughout the class she checked up on me. She made modifications for me since I hadn't done Pilates in years. The class was fun. I got a great workout. Look forward to future classes.
