As a newcomer to Pilates I was impressed by Bonnie’s thoroughness and attention to the details of what and how to do the various exercises. She showed great patience, even with me!

It has been a sincere pleasure to take Pilates classes with Bonnie for the past 3 1/2 months.  I feel the exercises have been very beneficial in so many ways.  The time flies by.  Very knowledgeable instructor who is able to keep everyone's unique needs and issues front of mind.  Impressive.

Try pilates with Bonnie at Synergy; private lessons before group pilates helps her get to know you and any health issues you have that might limit you! During group classes she always remembers your limitations and works to assist you to benefit from the class exercises. Her cues during class help to make your experience a TRUE pilates experience with the precise movements intended to benefit you!!

After almost a month away,  I’m not sure I’ll be able to walk tomorrow but still it was a super class! We were eight,  and I got to work out on one of the lower reformers, I love it!  Bonnie you are the best!!

Bonnie is an excellent teacher of Pilates with a background based in fitness training! She customizes each workout to each client depending upon their strengths, weaknesses, goals and areas of problems or limitations while you are working out with her. She really knows her stuff and how the body moves. If something doesn't feel right or hurts, she immediately switches to a different version or to a completely different exercise.
I never thought I would be doing Pilates at 71 twice a week, but
I really enjoy it.  The workouts with her have helped me both mentally and physically!
