Being the only one in the class gave me individual attention I needed to perfect poses I didn’t even know I was doing wrong. It was the relaxing and invigorating breath of fresh of air I needed. Thank you!

Lauren’s Kundalini class was exactly what I needed today. I have been holding a lot of stress/tension/emotions in my body that I needed to tune in with and release.  After her class I conquered my day. I could breathe more fully and think more clearly.  The effects of this class rubbed off on the other people in my life today too.  I am grateful and I’m going to make this a habit.  Also, the studio is the absolute cutest… you can tell they have put their hearts and souls into it.

Matthew always skillfully leads you through specific, intentional body opening to safely get you to a pinnacle moment of your practice. The body awareness that you achieve in getting there is nothing short of sublime.

What a great way to end the day. A little sauna, reflection and journaling. A special place here in Lexington at Centered. Many offerings for self care. Highly recommend.

I want to selfishly keep it to myself, but Centered is an amazing facility. The staff are warm and welcoming. The sauna was healing. But Lauren's massage was masterful and healing. She has an intuitive sense and was very skillful in moving stiffness and pain out of my body. She helped me breathe and work with her to facilitate movement. I have several complicated issues with muscle dystonia, nerves, and sensitive fascia, so it's not easy to work on me AND help me feel relaxed, but Lauren can. I'm grateful for this place.

The sauna experience was the best experience I've ever had my whole life self care is mandatory!
