A big thank you to Lyndsey for the care she puts into each training session by providing modifications based on our individual health situations. This is a lot of extra work for Lyndsey and she plans in advance so the class runs smoothly for all attendees. She is a great motivator and makes the class fun even when it’s a tough workout!

From my first conversation with Christine I was hooked! She was so positive and friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Now, I just had my orientation with Lyndsay and from the minute I walked into the clean, beautiful studio I felt so welcome and in very capable encouraging hands….so appreciated. I look forward to the journey back to good health with amazing people! Thank you Thrive team!

Another fantastic workout! I am so impressed with how the team at Thrive has continued to offer such great training online, and in class when allowed. Three from our family are members and we appreciate having virtual options to maintain our health. The daily, and weekly newsletters and meal plans help to keep us motivated. Thanks everyone

Lyndsey's boot camp was the perfect workout for me!  45 minutes of 30 exercises and 3 bike rides!  Whew!  I have already signed up for the next two.  I was a member of Thrive for three years and then COVID hit and I have tried to work on my own (unsuccessfully).  Forgot how much I missed the atmosphere and support from the wonderful women at Thrive!

I've been a regular to the "Guys Small Group Training" sessions since they first started. Christine and the team do an excellent job of providing a varied programme of balanced (and balance) exercises - never the same thing twice. Baseline tests annually to check progress and help the trainers assess appropriate weights and any modifications required to get the most out of the sessions. Relaxed, non-competitive atmosphere and excellent banter. I've had the privilege of being trained by several of the team and can recommend all of them.

Love that I've found a social way to workout and be guided with a personal eye on my recovery: from no muscle to strong and awesome again. Great atmosphere and I feel like I can focus on getting back to myself again. I realized the possibility after trying to do it all on my own. Thanks Thrive!

Absolutely loved the class with Lyndsey on Monday night.  Great workout! Loved having our own space.  Her explanation of all the exercises were great along with the motivation!!

Absolutely feeling the results on only one assume that and full hour one on one session. Christine has done something extremely rare with this place. My trainer Lyndsey is amazing. She listened to my concerns, what I am looking to get out of this program. And she tailored the program that fits my.need. what I like the most is there are no distractions, it's truly one on one. Lyndsey not only pushes me to do my best with slow, steady and strong approach , she also shows and corrects the movement techniques. Really watches me if I.am struggling with any set and provides me with
modified way of doing the set.

I am so pleased and glad I cose to join Thrive Movement. Looking forward to my.personal growth and feeling healthy and fit Thank you Chrostone and Lyndsey. Rock Solid Team

I've been with Thrive since they started many years ago! Christine's team is awesome. Every class whether it is in-person or virtually has a variety of strength and cardio exercises, and they keep us hopping, in a good way! I highly recommend Thrive and the instructors to anyone that wants to energize their workouts and get results.

I give it a 5 star review for Shauna.   The workout was not my favourite.    It was a killer!
